Vientiane is not really well known for our night life in the eyes of many western tourists. Some people who visit Laos' National Capital think that it is a quiet and boring city, maybe because they don't know anyone here, they don't know
any good places or quite simply they don't know how to enjoy themselves.
Whether you're into dancing, dining, listening to live bands, visiting ancient temples or just to watch the sunset, there's always plenty on in Vientiane. Most entertainment places close at around 12am because there is a curfew but that should be late enough, you don't need to be out all night. There's so many things to do and see in Vientiane during the day and night time, Vientiane is really great for that "get away from it all" holiday.
